Susan Pohlman is the founder and director of The Phoenix Writers Network, a freelance writer, editor, and writing instructor/coach. She is a frequent presenter at workshops and conferences. Her essays have been published in a variety of print and online publications
Halfway to Each Other: How a Year in Italy Brought Our Family Home was her first book and it was awarded WINNER in the Relationships category and RUNNER-UP in the Memoir category at The 2010 Next Generation Indie Book Awards. It was shortlisted for the 2010 Inspy Awards.
A Time to Seek: Meaning, Purpose and Spirituality at Midlife debuted as an Amazon bestseller in two categories: Florence Travel and Mid-life Management.
She has written six short films. The Misadventures of Matilda Mensch received the award for best screenwriter for the 2010 Baltimore 48 Hour Film Project and the 2010 CINE Golden Eagle Award for best Independent Fiction Short. The Pen won best screenplay in the 2011 Baltimore 48. She served as script editor for the feature film, The Road to Galena (2022).

Marshall Terrill

Marshall is the author of 30 books and is the world’s foremost historian-author on Steve McQueen, one of Hollywood’s most famous movie stars. Terrill has published seven books about McQueen’s life, which resulted in the feature documentary he executive produced entitled Steve McQueen American Icon. The 2017 documentary grossed $1.7 million at movie theaters across the nation and is available on DVD and all streaming platforms. He also executive produced Johnny Cash: The Redemption of an American Icon, which also grossed over $1 million and is now streaming on Amazon Prime.

Thea Rademacher is the founder and president of Flint Hills Publishing. A University of Minnesota School of Law honors graduate, and a former social justice attorney, Thea launched FHP in 2015 after co-authoring A Drop in the Night – the Life and Secret Mission of a WWII Airman. Since then, FHP has published over 90 titles—including a Spur Award winner. Thea’s book, Authors Beware!, is an easy-to-follow guide designed to help writers avoid legal pitfalls. As a publisher, she is drawn to uplifting, impactful stories in both fiction and nonfiction. Disgusted when creative people are taken advantage of, Thea directs her creative energy toward helping emerging authors. She also dedicates herself to making sure FHP is committed to honesty, hard work, and excellence, while guiding authors through the publishing process in a way that is productive and fun!

Conrad J. Storad is the award-winning author or editor of more than 60 science and nature books for children and young adults. A new title for 2023 is Night Watchers, the first of the Story Monster’s S.T.E.A.M. Chronicles book series. Story Monsters Among Us was published in 2022. The graphic comic style book provides brief snapshots from the evolution of storytelling. In July 2018, the Book Publicists of Southern California presented Storad the IRWIN Award as Storyteller of the Year. In March 2017, Storad achieved a career goal. He has read stories to more than 1 million students and teachers. Storad has conducted writing workshops and presentations at more than 1,700 schools, libraries, and events in 18 states to promote reading and science literacy.

Jeaiza Quiñones is a creative professional based in Tucson, Arizona, specializing in social media strategy, design, and photography. She currently serves as the social media manager for the Tucson Festival of Books, one of the largest free book festivals in the country. 
In this role, she is instrumental in crafting the festival's digital presence, engaging a diverse audience of over 130,000 attendees through compelling content and visual storytelling.
Outside of her work with the festival, Jeaiza works as a freelance photographer and social media manager working with small businesses and initiatives in her free time.
